The crew of Trevia had us over for breakfast this morning.  It was nice but you have to be rich to afford the upkeep of one of those.   Now we are just lazy sitting around and watching the water.  Hope everyone has a Merry Christmas.

Had my birthday at Chat and Chill. But when you bring out the food, cake and Brownies they come out of the wood work. Had a good time. I invited the crew from Trevia to the boat once Ghada has it cleaned up to standards. Would have been the best birthday if Ghada and the girls were with me.

Today is my Birthday so why not go to the laundry mat and do laundry.  Then I am going to bake a cake and take it to Chat and Chill this afternoon.

The cold front came through last night and winds decided to really whip it up.  Got a few sprinkles last night but not enough to wash the salt off. Just after getting up I could see the rain on the horizon, and then it came.  It was so beautiful with the sun rise.  The pictures do not give is Justus at all.

Today was the day to go get that big Lobster.  So take the camera and the spear and go get him, but where did he go?  Oh well looked all over and could not find the one from yesterday or any others.  Did find one of the "Blue Holes" and it was cool, all kinds of big beautiful fish, some bigger than me.  Now it is starting to cloud up and they say we are in for a week of strong winds as the cold front passes. (been there before).

Pictures from the snorkeling reef.

So you are wondering what we have been doing.  Well in the islands man, it is laid back.  We get up in the morning, eat a dozen or so eggs, (yes the same eggs that I bought on 13 Nov 08 and have not been refrigerated)  sit and watch the boats come and go.  Go to town and help clean up some of the beaches, then it is time for the 1430 volleyball.  Well I prefer to go inside of Chant and Chill and have some cold ones.  Then back to the boat so watch some Ba Ba Blacksheep.  I put the Christmas lights up a couple of days ago, they are the best in the harbor.  So today the winds are light and the sea only a few feet so I went in search of a good reef to snorkel.   N 23 29.843 W 075 42.351 There is a wall about 20' high or deep with fish and coral.  I also found only one Lobster, he is the biggest I have ever seen, but I did not have a spear or even gloves with me so I am just going to remember where he is.  Today is the pig roast, but first we are going to go out and do some harbor sailing on a trimaran.  Chip has made his decision (between Exuma Dock, Mooring Ball, or on the hook) to stay on the hook here.  There are lots of reasons.  That's about it.

Just a laid back day after a night of strong winds and a few drops of rain.  Today is mostly overcast and blowing.  So decided to make deviled eggs, and boiled up the 31st dozen of eggs.  Only one bad our of 14, not bad.  We only have about 28 dozen eggs left, do you think we will make it?  There are rain clouds on the horizon and it sure would be nice to have a down poor to get rid of some salt.  I did go snorkeling yesterday but did not find a live reef, just old coral heads, but there are many more places to look.

Walked across the dunes to the Exuma Sound side of Stocking Island.  It has a beautiful beach.  They say it is good snorkeling over there, but I think it is a little too rough to snorkel today!
